Description
Alphabeat’s tour with Lady Gaga is giving mass exposure to the world of this Danish group. With the revival of the melodic pop from the 1980’s, these six performers bring out catchy dance beats from a keyboard/synth combination, along with the vocals of Anders SG and Stine B, reminiscent of Scottish group Deacon Blue.
Dance tracks like ‘The Spell’ and ‘Hole In My Heart’ are completely different from the group’s ‘Fantastic Six’ bubbly indie rock days from their first album, but don’t let that deter you from the group’s obvious wingspan for genre-mixing.
