Description
Three Words is the debut album by British pop singer Cheryl Cole, following five studio albums with pop group Girls Aloud.
Cole's first foray into a solo music career occurred when she featured on will.i.am's "Heartbreaker". After taking streetdancing classes during the filming of Passions of Girls Aloud series, Cole was picked to appear in the song's music video. She was later asked to sing the female vocals on the track. Cole's version is featured on her album but does not feature on "Songs About Girls".
Cole reunited with will.i.am, as well as collaborating with Fraser T. Smith, Soulshock & Karlin, Syience, Taio Cruz, Chris Braide and Wayne Wilkins. Cruz said he has written an "absolute club banger" for the album. Taio Cruz was asked to write two songs for Cole. The first of which "Break Your Heart" was written especially for Cole but her management could not decide whether they wanted the song and so Cruz reclaimed the song and released it as the lead single from his second album Rokstarr. The song went on to be number 1 on the UK Singles Chart. The other song is an up-tempo club banger titled "Stand Up".
The album's cover has been photographed by fashion photographer Nick Knight.

Comments about POLYDOR Cheryl Cole - 3 Words:
Perhaps it's because I secretly want to be C.Cole, was my only reason for buying this album in the first place. HOWEVER I was very pleasantly surprised at how original and different Cheryl's debut album, 3 words was. Ok she's not going to go down in fame as the greatest singer that ever lived, but for upbeat catchy lyrics this album is a must for anyone in the mood to party!

Comments about POLYDOR Cheryl Cole - 3 Words:
I'm not knocking Cheryl but the songs are a bit weak. i personally feel that this album would have been better with a stronger singer.
The songs however are nice but lack a bit of 'oomph'.

Cons
- Needs a couple of listens

Comments about POLYDOR Cheryl Cole - 3 Words:
great start for her solo career it has some fantastic tracks that you can't help but listen to over and over like Stand Up, but there is a a couple i have only listened to a couple of times as they are too slow and just lack something ther others have 3 Words and Don't Talk About This Love. they are the only tracks that let this album down. overall is a realy great album and suprised me how well she had done, but the whole album has that sparkle will.i.am brings to the music industry all over it.
