Description
The second album from the Devon-based Rumble Strips was produced by prolific super-producer Mark Ronson, who offered his services after he heard the band's interpretation of an Amy Winehouse song he produced. Ronson's expansive production style is evident on the album, and he had a large input in shaping the songs, although Welcome To The Walk Alone still contains the Rumble Strips unique soul/ska blend that defined their first record.

Press Reviews
...ultimately, they're just a bunch of optimistic lads trying to make life a little bit more epic. And to be fair, they do it bloody well Clash
That spirit of fun infuses the whole album: the more sophisticated the music, the more boyishly excited the band sound to be playing it a pleasure that proves infectious The Guardian
