Great album, quite different from the previous works by the band. This is more regular-instruments-oriented, but it's still touching and retains the original sigur ros sound.
The second half is not as interesting as the first one, but still worths a buy. The artwork and the case are also not that impressive, I don't really like digipacks and this one is specially very thin and fragile.

Well, this is a superb Album from Sigur Ros
Its great as a first Album to get into them as a Band.
Their songs have the Best "Build ups" in the World ever.
Superb also to listen to on Headphones and get submerged.

Sigur Ros are hard to explain but they are a superb Band.
Their music creates great soundscapes that one can get lost in quite easily.
Lyrics are unimportant as you will understand after listening to an Album of theirs a few times. The Lead Singer Jonsi has an amazing vocal range to boot. Buy it and you may just get hooked!
