Description
This tenth album from the venerated, idiosyncratic and controversial singer-songwriter is the follow-up to 2007's 'American Doll Posse' and her first for Universal Republic. Exploring Amos's perennial favourite themes of religion, sexuality and power, it showcases her continuing growth as an artist and sees her returning to the lush sound of 2005's 'The Beekeeper'. Produced by Amos and recorded at her home studio in Cornwall with her husband, engineer Mark Hawley, it includes the single 'Welcome To England'.
