From the creators of Spaced (Season 1, Season 2) comes a fantastic horror comedy hybrid.

Shaun (Simon Pegg) is stuck in a rut: he's got a job he hates, a stepdad he hates, a housemate (Nick Frost) that everybody hates and a girlfriend who hates him. Add to this the fact that everybody in London seems to have inexplicably turned into zombies and want to eat his brains. It is safe to say that Shaun is having a bad day.

Combining hilariously irreverant humour with genuinely scary moments, heaps of gore and a smattering of social commentary you have what is undoubtedly the best British film of the year.

Pub regular Shaun certainly needs a drink. He's fallen out with his Mum and his girlfriend's dumped him.
