Description
A small New Zealand coastal town is taken over by the extraterrestrial Lord Crumb and his army of alien invaders who plan to 'harvest' the inhabitants for an intergalactic chain of fast-food restaurants. When Derek and his mates from AIDS (the Astro Investigation and Defence Service) are deployed by the government to destroy the enemy at all costs and ensure the survival of mankind, what ensues is plenty of gross-out shock effects, grotesque humanoid aliens and high camp value. Directed by and starring Oscar® Peter Jackson, Bad Taste was only completed with the assistance of the New Zealand Film Commission and a cast and crew of a small group of friends.
