Description
One moment Melvin's a 90 pound weakling, and the next -- with a little help from some toxic waste -- he's THE TOXIC AVENGER! Plot Synopsis
When Melvin, a puny weakling, falls into a vat of toxic chemical waste, he is transformed... and becomes the Toxic Avenger, the world's first nuclear super-hero. He french-fries his foes, dry cleans the dastardly, mangles the muggers... and makes the world a far safer place.
