Comments about EIV Magnolia (Blu-ray):
An intriguing film, Magnolia is often rightly described as ambitious. The movie intertwines multiple characters and events for the audience to observe human struggle, success and failure in distinctly different contexts.
The acting is superb and story engaging, but pace is sometimes desperately lacking in the just over 3 hour run time. Anyone with the patience will be thoroughly rewarded though, with one of the most original plots delivered by films of the 90s.
