Michael Jackson's This Is It (Blu-Ray

‘This Is It’ follows the King of Pop from March to June of 2009, showing a behind-the-scenes look into the over one hundred hours of footage taken of the entertainer as he prepares for the tour that never was. Directed by choreographer Kenny Ortega (Dirty Dancing, High School Musical), the film gives one last look at Jackson at work. There’s a candid viewing of Jackson working with dancers and musicians to create the sold out performances. It’s a great tribute to the pop star who passed away before he could show the world a spectacular performance. The documentary showcases some of Michael Jackson’s greatest songs, including a demo the King of Pop recorded with the same name in the early 80’s that was built up from the original piano and vocal recording.
