i Love this book. its a great re read anytime and its easy to understand fromat makes it accessable to people who love to devour a book or the reader who struggles to commit to a large volume. discover for yourself how you view change and decide if you want to embrace our world of constant change and anticiapte it or if you are admant that their is nothing wrong with the old ways and if you are open to changing your view on change. Excellent stuff especially when my cheese moved dramaticaly in the aftermarth of a large earthquake
