Puzzler (Nintendo DS)

A comprehensive collection of classic puzzle games has been given a digital makeover in this title from Ubisoft.

Over 2000 individual puzzles have been included in Puzzler Collection – a huge number that should keep hardened puzzle fans more than satisfied. Games featured are Crossword, Sudoku, Word Search and Fitword, with each being playable at one of three difficulty levels as players gradually build up their skill. These puzzles have also been given a unique twist with modes such as Quick Blast, where players will need to choose an amount of time in which to beat a certain brainteaser. In addition, Fast and Fun mode challenges players to beat as many puzzles as they can in a row without making any mistakes.

The Tournament mode will likely take up most of a gamer’s time. This mode selects a random puzzle from each game type for the player. For those tested for playing time, there is now a Stop & Save feature, where a half-completed puzzle can be saved until next time. Head-to-Head mode also contains a number of multiplayer challenges for 2 players.

Puzzler Collection contains a colossal number of challenges for puzzle fans, along with a number of handy new features to make each challenge easier to manage.
