I'd played the previous Resident Evil games and so had high expectations of this - it didn't disappoint. You can play solo with the CPU taking control of your partner, but the best way to play is with a friend in co-op mode.
The graphics, especially in the bright daylight levels at the beginning of the game are awesome and even quite disturbing at times (the first time you see the 'You Are Dead' screen after dying at the hands of the mob could give nightmares). Sound is okay, as is enemy AI. But where this game shines is the gameplay, the co-op style (even if you're playing single) is a joy.
One of my favourite Xbox360 games ever. Outstanding
